latest book, CALLING GIPPSLAND HOME on Sunday, 3 December, 2023 at 2.30 pm.in the RSL Hall, Drouin.
Afternoon Tea will be served.
The confirmation preparation course is starting on Saturday 4 November at 3pm, using a mix of in-person and Zoom meetings.
This is for those who want to be confirmed in their faith, and also any who want to support them or who wish to refresh their faith understanding. Let Fr John know if you’re interested.

Meet every Wednesday morning at the Country Club entrance at Mc Neilly Park Jackson’s Drive 8.30am to walk the lake.
If wet the group meets at Drouin McDonald’s for coffee at 9am.

The Crossing is seeking a lead cook on Wednesdays for 2024. Please see the team should you wish to volunteer in this position.
The menu at The Crossing at 134a Princes Way Drouin remains diversified with sausage rolls, toasted sandwiches, salad rolls and soup, with a cappuccino, tea and hot chocolate. Take the opportunity, if you haven’t for a while, to drop in and have a coffee or some lunch, while enjoying the good company of our volunteers and other guests.
Community Lunches take place on Wednesdays. For a cost of $10, a freshly cooked two course meal is served, with tea or coffee to follow.
There is a soup kitchen operating on Thursdays, and free soup and a roll are available for anyone
who comes in. The usual items are also available for sale.
Additionally, nutritious frozen meals are available for $5. Add a soup or a dessert for $2.50.
The Crossing is always seeking interested volunteers to join the team. As a church faith community we ask you to consider if you can spare some time to assist with retail book sales and café cooking and serving. Please make contact with them on 56252655 or drop in and see them!
The rector leads a small group in Meditation every 2nd Sunday after the service at Drouin from 11am, newcomers can be shown how to meditate in private sessions prior to joining
