We are called to share with others, by word and example, the love of Christ and his gospel of reconciliation and hope. The Anglican Diocese of Gippsland has owned and reinvented the site of A’Beckett Park Raymond Island over the last few years to establish The Abbey , a centre for spiritual growth and for the environment.
To see more of the The Abbey and what is offered please go to their webpage here: http://theabbey.org.au/
also at A’Beckett Park is an older A Frame building which has housed many events and the camp kitchen over the years.
Our late Bishop John McIntyre had a vision for A’Beckett Park and indeed this building which he believed could house a conference centre.
Please join us in raising funds to grow that vision and redevelopment at Raymond Island.
